The quote is from a line from the movie "Miss Potter" (which I do not own) which is about Beatrix Potter, the author of 'The Tales of Peter Rabbit' etc. The quote is from a scene where farmhand Willie Heelis is walking with young Beatrix, talking about how the farms are going to be sectioned off and sold, and probably developed.

-Young Beatrix: Well, you can't stand in the way of progress.
-Young Willie: Ah, so they say. But I say, beauty's worth preserving.
-Young Beatrix: Well, no one could disagree with you about that, Willie.

Beatrix Potter later donated 4,000 acres to a British land trust.

Young Willie was played by British actor, Justin McDonald.
